Let’s Talk Detox!

Let’s talk detox! 


One of the best ways to clean up the body and reboot your immune system is to go through a period of detoxification! Shortly known as, “Detox”. 

Now most of you go about your daily lives without having to think about how and what your body is running on. Every single thing we endure with our body or minds deprives us of certain things. These things can be our nutrition, stress levels, or germs and bacteria that creep their way in our systems. 


Just like every computer, car, xbox, iphone the body too needs a reboot from time to time. An update, if you will. While things like a massage, a blow-job or an orgy may help, it’s not exactly what i’m talking about. Cleaning the body and mind start with what you put in your body as well as how you choose to treat it. Throughout the next few paragraphs I will discuss ways to help you clean your body from all the toxic shit you’ve fueled it with all your life. And the best part it, it only takes a week and you will start feeling the difference for yourself! 

Everything I mention, you will be able to follow in the comfort of your own home. With things you already buy, so no extra costs. As for time management, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! All you have to do, is DO IT! And you’ll thank yourself that you did!

 The remedies for clearing our bodies from the toxins can vary from certain foods or techniques you may find unusual. You don’t necessarily have to do every single one of them. You may choose a handful and see how they work for you. And of course, this takes getting to know your own body. By the end of this process you will no only be and feel healthier but you will have access to your body in ways you’ve never had before. You will know your body and your body will respond by making you feel good, which in return will put your mental state of mind at more of an ease. 

You don’t have to follow a detox diet. Just add a few of these things to your daily routine and you’re good to go. I’m gonna list every food and technique, and you can apply to your body whatever you find interesting. And if you’d like to know for example “HOW” is Lemon with warm water good for you, you have a fully functioning brain and access to research. 


Let’s get to it! This is the “food” list!

1- Lemon & Water – Squeeze 2 lemons and 2 limes then top it off with water! How easy and simple is that? And you have NO IDEA how good it is for you! Research! 

2- Tea! Not all teas though. Go for the detoxifying tea blends which can be found at any General Health shop! My personal faves are Green tea, Linden tea, Ginger, Lemon tea.. Hell, i just love tea. Go for it! You can’t go wrong! 

3- Blend; Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, Spirulina, Cinnamon! Add whatever else you want to that mixture, and DOWN IT! Down that shit like your sister’s getting mounted by a nag! It probably wont taste good. Let me rephrase that; It’s gonna taste like shit. But it’s good for you!

4- Eating clean. Obviously goes without saying! 

5- Honey & Cinnamon! This is like the Megan Fox of the bunch. There is something about this combo that just works wonders for the human body. 

6- These are the foods that work magic with detox! 

 (Fennel, Sesame seeds, Avocado, Cinnamon, Ginger, Garlic, Parsley, Apples, Artichoke, Pineapple, Basil, Beets, Onion, Berries, WATER, Lemon, Lemongrass, Broccoli)

There are a few I missed i’m sure, but this is a good start. Add a few of these ingredients to your meals or shakes! 


AVOID: Alcohol, Over eating, Sugar/Candy/Sweets, Caffeinated beverages and obviously Smoking! 


– Okay now i’m gonna list and discuss some unusual techniques! Some of them i’ve tried and some are just.. nothing weird but, no man i couldn’t go through with it. Maybe you can though! 


1- This was the one i tried ONCE and never again! You let hot water run down your back for 30 seconds, then just pull the handle and bring it to a temperature where you can’t feel your balls or nipples! It’s brutal! But it’s supposed to help the blood flow in the body! 

2- Sweat! gets rid of all the shit your body stores!

3- Workout! Oh man this is like the best thing! My gym is my church, my monastery, my home court, my element baby! 

4- Go for a run! Speeding up your heart rate and allowing the blood flow while sweating toxins out.. is there anything better! 

5- Taking care of a plant! Hmm… why not!

6- Drink your own urine! I’m just kidding fool! Don’t drink your own urine, or anyone else’s piss under any circumstances! Unless he’s got a gun to your head, then you’re kinda fucked. 


Jokes aside. Give your body a week. I think it deserves that much. You’re gonna see the difference. Even better, you’re gonna get to know it! I believe these things are vital. But the most important thing of all is; To be in a good state of mind! Everything else will follow through once you clear your mind of all the bullshit. Hope you enjoyed reading my friends.
