A new passion found its way into my blood in a 2 square meter kitchen in the cold, dark days of Stockholm. One minute i’m kicking a ball and the next i’m making a 3 course dinner involving a Rein deer and some seasoning.
It didn’t take long for me to realize that this wasn’t just a hobby. I’m off to culinary school in September, but first I will be working as an Intern Chef in Bodrum, Turkey in the kitchen of Sedative Bodrum Hotel, learning from Chef Paul Anthony Morello.
Now i’m in the pursuit of redemption within myself. I want to become a Chef. I want to be known as Chef Francesc West.
Why did I come to Sweden? … I still don’t know!
All I know is that it’s exactly where I needed to be…
